25 Business Professionals Graduate from the Arvada Chamber’s Spring 2024 Leadership Bootcamp

May 28, 2024

This month, 25 Arvada business and non-profit professionals graduated from the Arvada Chamber’s Spring 2024 Leadership Bootcamp. Completed across 12 weeks, this program is designed for current managers or supervisors or anyone looking to move into more of a leadership role in the future.

Leadership Bootcamp explores one or two topics each week on a proven leadership methodology taught by an expert in that field of personal leadership, leading others, or leading a business. Speakers included Noelle Oberg (City of Arvada), Kitty Coy (You Be You Coaching), Mary Ann Littler (Peak to Peak Business Strategies), Bill Martin (Bill Martin & Associates), Dr. Dwinita Mosby Tyler (The Equity Project), Anthony Lambatos (Footers Catering), and more.

“The Arvada Chamber Leadership Bootcamp did it right!” said Judy Swartwood, Executive Assistant at Arvada Fire Protection District. “They provided weekly background of the speaker along with a worksheet to use with references, assigned seating that was shuffled every week causing us to network and we practiced our presentation skills by introducing ourselves weekly teaching us all to get out of our comfort zones. Every speaker was prepared and excited to be invited. I thought 12 weeks would be long, I blinked, and it was over. I already miss my group.”
