Arvada Special Events

Each year the Arvada Chamber of Commerce organizes several events for Arvada and the Chamber members. These events include the Annual Dinner, Arvada Chamber Luncheon, NEW HarvestFest Open Golf Tourney and NEW Winter BeerFest.

Annual Dinner

Mark your calendar! Friday, January 23, 2009 is our 2009 Annual Dinner at the Arvada Center for Arts and Humanities. The prestigious Business of the Year and Ambassador of the Year will be awarded. We will say good bye to our retiring board and hello to our new one. A live auction will complete this special evening.

2008 Business of the Year Nomination Forms

2008 Man / Woman of the Year Nomination Forms

Please click to download the form for Man/Woman of the Year. Requirements are listed on the forms. Please submit your nominations to the Chamber by Friday, March 13, 2009. Winners will be announced at the Arvada Chamber Luncheon Friday, May 1, 2009 at the Arvada Center for Arts & Humanities.

Board of Director Elections

Join the Chamber’s most dynamic volunteer committee. Nominations for the Arvada Chamber Board of Directors are being requested – 4 regular and two alternates. This is a 3 year commitment. Any member except associate and honorary members in good standing is eligible to seek election. To be nominated, complete and submit your nomination form no later than Friday, August 29, 2008. Arvada Chamber Golf Tourney

HarvestFest Open – Friday, September 5, 2008 at West Woods Golf Course.
This 4man scramble shotgun start begins at 9am. Lunch and prizes served at 2:30pm. Put your teams together and join us for the kick off to our community’s longest running festival and parade weekend! Click here to download your form.

Tourney Pricing:

 Early Bird Special up to Friday, August 1 - $500 for a foursome, $125 per player.
August 1 through September 4 - $600 for a foursome, $150 per player.
On the day of tourney (September 5) - $700 for a foursome, $175 per player.

Arvada Chamber Winter BeerFest

“Tap into the Network” on Saturday evening, November 15, 2008 from 7-10pm at Rotors of the Rockies.
All regional chambers are invited to participate in this special networking event!
Microbrews, appetizers and live music will round out the evening.
