Welcome to the Chamber Staff: Marsha Barancik (Senior Vice President, Strategic Impact) and Kylie Parks (Director of Talent Pipeline Development)

Marsha Barancik, Senior Vice President of Strategic Impact, joins the Arvada Chamber team in a new role designed to catalyze all initiatives tied to the B.O.L.D 2026 goals. She is looking forward to helping forge new pathways for businesses to constantly adapt and grow.

“Hello! I am a former reporter turned corporate / government affairs strategist, now focused on community sustainability. Evolving vibrant, inclusive and adaptable businesses is a passion. I am eager to discuss talent, work culture and business infrastructure angles virtually or over chocolate desserts in downtown Arvada.”


Kylie Parks joins the Chamber team as Director of Talent Pipeline Development. In this role, she will help increase collaboration, align performance measures, design sustainable systems, and share best practices with Sector Partnerships as part of the B.O.L.D. 2026 initiative.

“I thrive in fast-paced and rapidly growing organizations. I have built my career in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR project management. I am originally from Tucson, AZ and look forward to exploring all Colorado has to offer, and supporting the Arvada community and beyond!”

We are building a team of tenacious problem solvers who will work to ensure that our talent ecosystem is the strongest in the country by increasing collaboration, aligning performance measures, designing sustainable systems, and sharing best practices. A substantial part of the success of B.O.L.D. will be through Sector Partnerships. Sector Partnerships are partnerships of business leaders, from the same industry and in a shared labor market region, who work with education, workforce development, economic development, and community organizations to address the workforce and other competitiveness needs of their industry.
