18 Business Professionals Graduate from the Arvada Chamber’s 2023 Leadership Bootcamp

July 28, 2023

In July, 18 Arvada business and non-profit professionals graduated from the Arvada Chamber’s 2023 Leadership Bootcamp. Completed across 12 weeks, this program is designed for current managers or supervisors or anyone who is looking to move into more of a leadership role in the future as well as anyone interested in honing their management and leadership skills.

Leadership Bootcamp explores one or two topics each week on a proven leadership methodology taught by an expert in that field of personal leadership, leading others, or leading a business. Speakers included Noelle Oberg (City of Arvada), Jay Voigt (Human Capital, LLC), Anthony Lambatos (Footers Catering), and more.

“It is a challenge and a commitment to carve out 12 weeks and 18 hours from your work demands, but investing yourself in Leadership Bootcamp will pay you back 100 times over!” said Lee Shaughnessy, Director of Programs at Rocky Mountain Children’s Health Foundation. “It is a terrific way to embark on your evolution from being ‘the boss’ or ‘just a manager’ to becoming a leader. Thanks to the Arvada Chamber for hosting the 2023 Leadership Bootcamp!”

“The Arvada Chamber has perfected the Leadership Bootcamp class,” added Monica Bowser, Marketing Administrator at Apex Park & Recreation District. “From learning how to give feedback, looking at emotional intelligence to help your teammates, and becoming a heart-led leader this class will build you up and set you on a good path for strong leadership.”
