Arvada Chamber Releases Business Housing Advocate Workbook
This month, the Arvada Chamber released the “Business Housing Advocate Workbook,” a resource designed to help business leaders understand the impact of housing barriers on the region’s workforce and how businesses can advocate for local, regional, and statewide housing policies and projects.
The workbook aims to help leaders understand how housing barriers affect their business, learn how to provide testimony, and develop their own narrative for future advocacy efforts. Business leaders play a crucial role in achieving this goal through advocacy and testimony at the local, regional and state levels. Through testimony, specifically, leaders can share their experiences and support policies and initiatives that improve housing access for the workforce.
June B.O.L.D. 2026 Investor Briefing Explores Community Partner Mapping and Provides Initiative Updates
The Arvada Chamber hosted a B.O.L.D. 2026 Investor Briefing on June 13, 2024 at the Chamber’s new office located at 7502 W 80th Ave. #180. David Schafer, Executive Vice President at FirstBank, hosted the event.
Danielle Varda, CEO and Founder of Visible Network Labs, was the program’s featured speaker. Visible Network Labs provides data and insights to help organizations build more effective networks and partnerships. Danielle demonstrated the Partner CPRM tool, which maps out complex connections within community ecosystems. B.O.L.D 2026 goals rely on building and nurturing powerful partner relationships across our region and Visible Network Labs has helped identify missing partner links in areas like talent development we need to move this work forward.
Additionally, the B.O.L.D. 2026 team provided updates on the initiative’s impact strategy and phased approach to solutions roll-out, the Business Resource Center, Business Housing Advocates Program, and our talent network.
