Big Opportunities for Leaders to Deliver

B.O.L.D. 2026 is a five-year strategy of the Arvada Chamber to directly impact economic opportunity across Jefferson and Adams Counties. B.O.L.D. 2026 includes four mutually supporting goals that tackle challenges impacting businesses and employees around talent development, housing, childcare capacity, and the business environment.

Our region is fortunate to have a strong economic base, with aerospace, bioscience, advanced manufacturing, food and beverage, and other industries forming a strong heart of our economy. And yet, we face well-known, persisting macro challenges that stand in the way of our local businesses and families thriving:

  • Employers struggle to find talent; workers don’t have the right skills or knowledge of available opportunities
  • Inadequate workforce housing and childcare capacity negatively impact workers and businesses alike
  • Government financial and regulatory burdens and unopposed anti-business rhetoric stifle investment.

The Arvada Chamber believes now is the time to tackle the biggest economic challenges facing our region with proactive, well-conceived strategies fueled by a private-public partnership.

We invite your interest, input, and participation in the B.O.L.D. 2026 initiative. We will only be successful if all do their part and engage in this effort in a manner that fits each organization’s interest in the economic strength and resiliency of our region – and all of Colorado.

Arvada Works Program Update | March 2019

The Arvada Chamber of Commerce recently celebrated ONE YEAR of working to improve our local talent supply chain through Arvada Works. Year one was filled with a long list of lessons, but one theme consistently rose to the top in this work: ARVADA CARES.

2018 Ballot Question Voter Guide for Arvada Businesses

The Arvada Chamber of Commerce is committed to being a champion for your business. One of the ways we do that is by tracking legislation that has an impact (positive and negative) on businesses. The conversation that leads to a decision is focused on what is in the best interest of our businesses today and in to the future guided by our legislative priorities as outlined below. Through a pro-business and bipartisan lens we evaluated each of the below outlined ballot questions in an effort to understand the implications if they were to pass. The conversations start with our Government Affairs Committee vetting the issues and making a recommendation to the Chamber Board of Directors. The Board then evaluates the recommendations and determines the final organization position.
