The Opportunity
Program Engagement Strategies and Outreach
- Support Chamber priorities including workforce, healthcare, advocacy, leadership, network building and resilience through program and project management, relationship building and partner development.
- Support the Chamber President and team in driving outcomes related to each of the priority areas of the Chamber. This will include meeting design, follow-up and stakeholder engagement.
Growth and Development Support
- Drive connections that lead to an expanded network for the Arvada Chamber of Commerce including new members and current member engagement.
- Lead Chamber member onboarding efforts leading to improved member engagement.
- Attend chamber and community events to build relationships and support the work of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce.
General Office Expectations and Support
- Attend regular staff meetings and events
- Make connections between members and partners to help others build their professional networks
- Support overall member engagement strategies
- Support general office needs including phones, greeting guests, office cleanliness, etc.

The Perks
The Dollars: Salary range of $43,000-$48,000 + bonus potential
