As we close another transformative year, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude to the community members, businesses, and partners for their dedication and support of the BOLD 2026 talent work. Your contributions have been instrumental in making the Arvada Chamber a hub of talent innovation.
Recap of Key 2023 Achievements:
Last year, our talent initiative achieved significant milestones that wouldn’t have been possible without the collective efforts of each partner and team member. This year through our talent initiative, we:
- Convened and launched the backbone and sounding board to our work through the Talent KAPS Council
- In partnership with Jeffco Business and Workforce Center. we kicked off two sector partnerships (Advanced Manufacturing [pictured] and Construction), with both partnerships engaging in Talent Pipeline Management
- Supported the growth of Work-Based learning opportunities in Jefferson County through:
- Introducing the third part to our work-based learning toolkit
- Hosting the first GROW Jeffco Work-Based Learning workshop
- Funding support through the Work-Based Learning Incentive Program
- Supported Jeffco Public Schools Career Hubs, with the launch of Career Coach.
What’s Next:
Looking ahead, the excitement continues. This year in 2024, we will expand our partnerships and employer engagement through continued growth of our current work and will offer additional programming to support our businesses in growing their talent pipeline. Our commitment to fostering talent, promoting innovation, and creating inclusive partnerships.

B.O.L.D. 2026 is a five-year regional economic strength and resiliency initiative of the Arvada Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber developed BOLD 2026 in consultation with private and public sector leaders and partners in Arvada, Jefferson / Adams Counties, Metro Denver and the state of Colorado. One goal of B.O.L.D. 2026 is to grow our talent to meet the needs of employers and job seekers.
