HR Cohort

The HR Cohort is a group of people who provide critical human resources functions to their organization.

This group meets quarterly at the Greater Arvada Chamber of Commerce Offices.

Why it is Important for the Chamber to Partner with HR Leaders?

People who hold human resource functions within an organization are critical partners to the Chamber’s efforts to ensure we have healthy businesses and thriving communities.

HR Leaders…

1. Are central in making or influencing decisions around employee benefits, employee support recruitment and retention, and

2. Have access to data about their business and employees (such as salary, benefits, dependents, home address, resumes, performance reviews) to help determine the root cause of challenges they are experiencing (ie: turnover, small/weak applicant pool, etc). This data can also help tell an aggregated story which can inform collective efforts to solve for challenges across businesses and industries.

3. Have a current and future pulse on the needs of employees and the organization

Are the source of information for employees and leaders to understand how the Chamber can support their organization and professional goals (ie: Business Resource Center, community connection opportunities, Leadership programming, key data that impacts businesses and resources for building organizational resiliency.
